   2      cups          low fat granola
   1      cup           quick-cooking oats
   1      cup           all-purpose flour
   1      teaspoon      cinnamon
   1      whole         egg plus 2 eggs white, beaten
     1/2  cup           honey
     1/4  cup           brown sugar
     1/3  cup           unsweetened applesauce
     1/4  cup           canola oil
   1      teaspoon      vanilla extract
     3/4  cup           dried fruit (golden raisins, cranberries,
                        dates or chopped apricots)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Mix together granola, oats, flour and
cinnamon.  In a separate bowl, stir together beaten eggs, honey, brown
sugar, applesauce, oil and vanilla extract.  Gradually add dry ingredients
to egg mixture, stirring thoroughly, then mix in dry fruit.  Spread evenly
in a 9" x 12" x 2" baking pan lightly coated in cooking spray, and bake 30
minutes.  Cool for 30 minutes before cutting into sixteen 2 1/4 x 3 "
squares.
