  17      ounces        package one-step angel food cake mix
  22      ounces        can lemon pie filling
                        Frosting
   3      ounces        cream cheese -- softened
   2      teaspoons     milk
   2      cups          confectioners' sugar

Combine cake mix and pie filling. Stir until well blended.

Spread over greased and floured 15x10x1" jelly roll pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.

Frosting: Combine cream cheese, milk and confectioners' sugar. Spread over
cooled layer.
