Irish Soda Bread

Source: This is an old recipe that was brought down through my mom's 
family.  It came straight from Ireland (my mom is first generation American)

3 1/2 Cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/4 tespoon baking soda
1 1/4 Tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 Cups raisins
1 egg
2 Tablespoons melted butter
2 1/2 Cups milk

Mix all ingredients together in order given.  bake 1 hour at 375.
