Sour Cream Bread

1/4 c water
1 c sour cream - warmed to 80 degrees
1 T sugar
1/2 t salt
1/8 t baking soda
2 c bread flour
1 1/2 t yeast

For use in a bread machine.

Next time I'll cut back on the water some. The dough was too sticky and I
had to add a fair amount of extra bread flour to get the dough right. I've
made it before and it's delish! Great for when you have leftover sour cream
hanging around.
