Sour Cream Bread

2 1/2 TBS water
1 1/3 c. sour cream
2/3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/3 TBS sugar
3 1/3 c. bread flour
2 1/2 tsp. yeast

White bread setting.  One large loaf.  Nice texture for sandwich bread.
