Shredded Wheat Bread

1 1/2 pound loaf:

1 cup water
3 tablespoons butter/oil
3 tablespoons light molasses
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup mini-shredded wheat
1 cup bread flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

2 pound loaf:

1 1/3 cups water
4 tablespoons butter/oil
4 tablespoons light molasses
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/3 cups mini-shredded wheat
1 1/3 cups bread flour
2 2/3 cups whole wheat frour
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Add ingredients in the order listed. Ingredients should be at room
temperature. Select should be on normal. Control of baking should be light.
Cool on rack when done.
