Sesame Crackers

1-1/2  cups whole wheat flour
1/4  cup soy flour
1/4  cup sesame seeds (make sure they're not rancid
1/2  teaspoon salt
1/4  cup vegetable oil
1/2  cup water (approximate)

For Babies 8-12 Months:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir flours, sesame seeds, and salt together
in medium-size bowl. Add oil and blend well. Add only enough water to make
it easy to roll - the consistency of pie dough. Roll dough to 1/8-inch
thick and cut into shapes or sticks. Bake on ungreased baking sheet until
crisp. Store in tightly covered container up to 1 week.

Yield: 3-4 dozen crackers
