Parmesan Lace Crackers Contributed by Jo P. Source: Vegetarian Cooking 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded 1 TBSP fresh parsley, chopped 1/4 tsp paprika Mix all ingredients. On a moderately hot griddle, spread a heaped tablespoon of mixture into 2 inch radius and cook until melted and bubbly. Remove pan from heat, and cool until cheese holds together.
