NOTES : Betty's Tips: Did you Know? A kuchen is a fruit or cheese-filled
yeast-raised cake, usually served for breakfast but also enjoyed as a
dessert. It originated in Germany. We've simplified the traditional yeast-
raised kuchen by creating a delicious Bisquick crust.

Special Touch: Add eye appeal by drizzling edge of coffee cake with a glaze.
A glaze made by mixing 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk
or whipping (heavy) cream until smooth and thin enough to drizzle.
