Gingerbread Pancakes

   2 1/2  cups          All-Purpose Flour
   5      teaspoons     Baking Powder
   1 1/2  teaspoons     Salt
   1      teaspoon      Baking Soda
   1      teaspoon      Cinnamon
     1/2  teaspoon      Ginger
     1/4  cup           Molasses
   2      cups          Milk
   2                    Eggs
   6      tablespoons   Butter -- Melted
   1      cup           raisins

In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients.  Add the remaining ingredients
and beat with an electric mixer until well blended.  Pour the batter in small
amounts onto a 275 degree griddle.  Turn the pancakes when the edges are dry
and bubbles rise to the surface. Serves 6.
