Ham & Cheese Chicken Turnovers (Low Carb)

4 slices thin Prosciutto
4 slices mozzarella
4 boneless chicken breasts, pound to 1/4 inch thick
2 tsp vegetable oil
2 tsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp + 2 tsp dry white whine
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp parsley, chopped


Place 3/4 slice ham and 3/4 slice cheese on each flattened chicken breast.
Fold in half, secure with toothpick.

Heat oil and butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Saute chicken 3-4 minutes per side.  Add wine and simmer 5minutes.

Garnish with parsley.
