Buffalo Chicken Breasts

     1/4  cup           nonfat plain yogurt
     1/4  teaspoon      lemon juice
   2      teaspoons     hot pepper sauce
   1      pound         boned and skinned chicken breast halves
     1/4  cup           bread crumbs
                        vegetable cooking spray
                        salt

In a shallow dish, combine yogurt, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Add chicken
and turn to coat all sides. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, occasionally
turning chicken in marinade. Preheat oven to 350. Remove chicken from
marinade and dredge in bread crumbs, pressing lightly  to help crumbs
adhere. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Arrange chicken breasts in one layer in
a baking dish coated lightly with spray. Bake for 35 minutes, or until
chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle lightly with salt, if desired.
