Spirited Orange Spread

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup marmalade
1 tablespoon orange liqueur*
Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy. Stir
in marmalade and liqueur; cover and refrigerate up to 1 week. Yield: 11/3
cups.
*1 tablespoon orange juice may be substituted.
For gift-giving, place this sweet spread in a crock, cover with plastic
wrap, and add it to a basket filled with gingersnaps and shortbread cookies.
