Crunchy Peanut Butter Cookies

1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup brown
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup corn flakes
1 cup rolled oats
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cream together the margarine and
both sugars. Beat in the peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Stir in
remaining ingredients until well blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 2"
apart on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until
golden brown.
Makes 3 to 3 1/2 dozen
