Tiny Sugarless Cookies

     3/4  cup           Margarine -- softened
   1      package       Sugar-free Gelatin -- fruit flavored
   1      equivalent    Egg Substitute -- (1 egg)
   1      teaspoon      Vanilla
   1 3/4  cups          Flour
     1/2  teaspoon      Baking Powder

In a large mixing bowl, cream margarine and gelatin. Beat in egg substitute
and vanilla.  Add flour and baking powde and mix well. Chill for at least 1
hour. Roll out on a lightly floured board to 1/4" thickness. Cut with a
1-1/4" cookie cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 400 degrees
F for 6-7 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned and cookies are set.
Cool on wire racks.
