Butch's Rice Casserole

1 c. Uncle Ben's rice
2 cans beef consomme
1 can drained mushrooms
1 med. chopped onion
1 clove chopped garlic
3/4 stick margarine

Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low all day; or cook in
350 degree oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
