Pork Chop Casserole Contributed by Diane S. 6-8 pork chops Salt and pepper 2 med. potatoes, pared and sliced 1 lg. onion, sliced 1 green pepper, sliced 1/2 tsp. leaf oregano 1/4 tsp. whole thyme 1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes Trim visible fat from pork chops, season with salt and pepper and brown in skillet to remove excess fat.
