Pumpkin Mousse Contributed by Meg Soure: FamilyFun Magazine (8/99) 1 1/2 cups milk 1/2 cup canned pumpkin 1 3-ounces package of instant vanilla pudding mix 1/2 tsp groundnutmeg 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp ground ginger 1/8 tsp ground cloves 1 1/2 C whipped topping Stir together the milk and pumpkin in a mixing bowl. Add pudding and spices and whisk until thickened. Fold in whipped topping and chill. Serves 4-6September 98 Recipes
