Fruit Smoothie

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

     3/4  cup           plain, fortified non fat soy milk OR
                        3/4 cup nonfat cow's milk
   1      teaspoon      vanilla extract
     1/2  cup           frozen berries (or use 1/2 cup fresh
                        berries plus 2 ice cubes
   2      teaspoons     honey
   2      teaspoons     fresh lime juice

Mix all ingredients in a blender until frothy; pour into a glass and enjoy.

Nutritional value per 1 1/4 cup serving:  158 calories, 32 g carbs, 7 g
protein, .5 g fat, 1g fiber
