Heavenly Angelic Snack Mix

3 c rice chex cereal
3 c round oat cereal
2 c small knot twist pretzels
1 can (16 oz) whole almonds
3/4 c brown sugar
6 TBSP butter
3 TBSP honey
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp bsking soda
    confectioners sugar (powdered sugar)

Preheat oven to 250°. In a large greased
roaster pan, combine cereals, pretzels and
almonds. Combine brown sugar, butter, honey
and salt in a medium saucepan over med.
heat. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil; boil
1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla
and baking soda. Pour over cereal mixture;
stir until coated. Bake 45 minutes, stirring
every 15 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl.
Sprinkle confectioner's sugar over warm
mixture; toss to coat thoroughly. Let cool.
Store in airtight container. Yields about
11 cups snack mix.

container with "Have a Heavenly Holiday" tag.
