  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

   1      pound         ground beef seasoned with onion and garlic
          8 ounces      fresh mushrooms -- sauteed
   1      can           beef broth
   3      tablespoons   lemon juice
   3      tablespoons   red wine
   3      cups          noodles

Label and freeze.

To serve:  Defrost..add 3 cups noodles and cook until tender.  Stir in 1 cup
sour cream until slightly warm
