Lyonnaise Green Beans Contributed by Amy L. 1 can French-style green beans 4 slices bacon 1/4 cup minced onion (I didn't use that much onion) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vinegar Drain beans. Boil bean liquid until reduced to about half. Add beans, heat. Dice bacon & partially fry, then add onion. Cook until tender. Toss lightly with beans and add vinegar and salt.September 98 Recipes
