Slow-Cooked Italian Sausage Spaghetti

  6                     turkey Italian sausage links -- cut into 1
                        1/2-inch pieces
  1                cup  finely chopped onions
  3        tablespoons  sugar
  1           teaspoon  dried basil leaves
  1           teaspoon  dried oregano leaves
     1/2      teaspoon  salt
  2             cloves  garlic -- minced
  1       28-ounce can  ProgressoŽ Crushed Tomatoes -- undrained
  1       15-ounce can  tomato sauce
  1       12-ounce can  tomato paste
  24            ounces  uncooked spaghetti

1. In 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients except
spaghetti; mix well.
2. Cover; cook on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hours.
3. Just before serving, cook spaghetti to desired doneness on package.
Drain. Serve sauce over spaghetti.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Instead of spaghetti, try this hearty sauce with
vermicelli, rotini, or fettuccine.
