Contributed by Stephanie

3/4 c. ground ham
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs. chili sauce or catsup
dash hot sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. all-purpose flour

Combine first five ingredients, mix well and set aside.

Combine cream cheese and butter in small bowl. Stir until smooth. Add flour,
mixing well. Shape dough into a ball. Chill 1 hour.

Roll pastry to 1/8 inch thickness on a lightly floured surface and cut with
2 3/4 inch biscuit cutter. Place 1 teaspoon ham mixture in
center of each circle and fold pastry in half. Moisten edges with water and
press with fork to seal. Prick tops with fork. Place turnovers on ungreased
baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until lightly
browned.

You can leave this mixed up and in the fridge to bake the next day.
