Pumpkin Pie Contributed by Diane S. 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 cups fresh pumpkin 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons melted margarine 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 3 eggs 3/4 cup milk Separate eggs and lay the whites aside. Combine the yolks and all other ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Fold in the egg whites and mix well. Spoon mixture into a 9" unbaked pie shell.
