                            Perfect Apple Pie

  15            ounces  package PIllsbury All Ready PIe Crusts
  1           teaspoon  flour
                        --Filling--
  6               cups  thinly sliced peeled apples
     3/4           cup  sugar
  2        tablespoons  flour
     3/4      teaspoon  cinnamon
     1/4      teaspoon  salt
     1/8      teaspoon  nutmeg
  1         tablespoon  lemon juice

Prepare pie crust according to package directions for two-crust pie using
9-inch pie plate.  Heat oven to 425F.

In large bowl, combine all filling ingredients; toss lightly.  Spoon apple
mixture into pie crust-lined pan.  Top with second crust and flute; cut slits
in several places.  Bake at 425 F. for 40 to 45 minutes or until apples are
tender.  (Place pan on foil or cookie sheet during baking to guard against
spillage.)  8 servings.

Tip:  Cover edge of pie crust with strip of foil during last 10 to 15 minutes
of baking if necessary to prevent excessive browning.
