Indian Peas & Potatoes

10 oz. (approx. 300g) frozen shelled peas, thawed
1 large potato, cubed
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. coriander powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1 small green chilli, chopped and a few cilantro/coriander leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. chilli powder

Heat oil in a non stick frying pan and stir fry the potato cubes for ten
minutes on medium high heat. Sprinkle the cumin, coriander, turmeric and
chilli powders and add the peas. Cook for another ten minutes on medium
low heat. Mix the vegetables, season with salt, and garnish with sliced
green chilli and cilantro/coriander.
